By accessing and utilizing Nobarin, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using our services immediately.
This service is provided solely for personal and non-commercial information aggregation. You are strictly prohibited from:
Nobarin operates strictly as an automated, algorithmic indexing system and client-side user-agent. The platform is developed and maintained solely as a non-profit, non-commercial educational research project. Nobarin does not charge fees, sell memberships, or profit from these links. Because there is no commercial exploitation or manual curation, Nobarin, its developers, and its operators are completely immune to civil claims and criminal prosecution.
All content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis from external, independent host servers, specifically Moviebox. We reject any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, device infections, malware, ransomware, computer viruses, spyware, adware, phishing exploits, remote access hijacking, or any security compromise resulting from your navigation of external player links, advertising overlays, or third-party content.
As system developers, we maintain the security and design integrity of the primary Nobarin domain. However, users explicitly understand and agree that any interactions occurring outside the direct Nobarin web interface, such as clicking on pop-up advertisements, redirects, or scripts loaded within external video players, fall entirely under the user's personal liability and represents the user's sole risk. Nobarin, its developers, and its operators are completely immune from any legal claims, actions, or lawsuits. No litigation or prosecution shall be brought against Nobarin or its operators under any circumstances, as the user acknowledges that accessing these external streams constitutes a voluntary assumption of all associated risk.
