Terms of Service, Copyright Policy, and Safe Harbor Declarations
The website Nobarin functions exclusively as an automated indexing directory, search aggregator, and user-agent client interface. Nobarin does not host, store, cache, upload, or transmit any video, audio, or other digital media files on its own servers, systems, or storage infrastructures. All content metadata and media playback streams displayed are dynamically indexed from public third-party API networks.
The primary host, publisher, and provider of the media streams indexed on this site is Moviebox. Because Moviebox operates as the actual publisher and server host of the source files, Nobarin has no administrative control, technical access, or ability to modify or permanently delete the files from the internet. If you are a copyright owner seeking a permanent removal of your material, you can and should submit your legal claim directly to Moviebox as the designated content provider.
To ensure absolute compliance with copyright frameworks and avoid both civil and criminal liability, the following legal conditions apply:
Nobarin is developed and maintained purely as a non-profit, non-commercial, open-source educational research project. The platform does not charge users, has no premium membership options, does not sell user data, and does not derive any financial revenue or commercial benefit from indexing these links. This non-commercial nature exempts the platform and its developers from criminal copyright prosecutions which require commercial intent or financial exploitation.
The search database and display listings shown on Nobarin are generated dynamically via automated algorithms using keywords inputted by users. There is no manual curation, editorial selection, or human intervention by the developers in choosing which links are indexed. The platform acts as a neutral aggregator.
Nobarin acts as a passive browser or client-side user-agent that parses third-party API data, similar to how web browsers (such as Chrome or Firefox) render HTML webpages. As a mere software interface, the platform has no active involvement in the transmission or initiation of copyrighted works.
Any advertisements, pop-up notifications, redirects, or malicious scripts encountered during media playback do not originate from Nobarin. These elements are served entirely by the upstream content providers (specifically Moviebox) and their independent video hosting servers. Nobarin does not control, profit from, or approve these advertisements.
Nobarin operates in strict compliance with international safe harbor frameworks, specifically under the provisions of 17 U.S.C. Section 512(d) governing Information Location Tools, and equivalent global electronic commerce regulations. Nobarin maintains absolute, unconditional legal immunity and shielding from all civil actions, regulatory sanctions, fines, criminal prosecution, and imprisonment in all operating jurisdictions. Consequently:
Nobarin, its developers, and its operators are completely immune from any civil lawsuits, statutory damages, legal fees, or administrative fines. The sole and exclusive remedy available to copyright owners is the request to disable search index links on the Nobarin interface.
As a passive aggregator and indexing tool operating without direct copy distribution or hosting, Nobarin and its operators lack criminal intent or active involvement in distributing files. The platform is completely shielded from criminal prosecution, imprisonment, or penal sanctions of any kind.
Under Indonesian Law, specifically Law Number 11 of 2008 as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 and Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE), read together with Ministry of Communication and Informatics Regulation Number 5 of 2020 (Permenkominfo 5/2020), Nobarin acts as a Private Electronic System Provider (PSE) offering search and index directory functions. Under Article 9 and Article 15 of Permenkominfo 5/2020, directory indices that do not initiate, select, or modify the indexed electronic information are exempt from civil and criminal liability. Furthermore, in accordance with the Indonesian Copyright Law (Law Number 28 of 2014) and the Joint Regulation of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Number 14 of 2015 and Number 26 of 2015), Nobarin maintains absolute immunity from copyright infringement and penal penalties under Article 113 of the Copyright Law by implementing this link de-indexing notice and takedown mechanism.
Nobarin maintains absolute legal immunity and shielding across global jurisdictions by operating strictly as a passive search aggregator and information location directory:
European Union (EU): Under Articles 12 to 15 of the E-Commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31/EC) and Articles 4, 5, 6, and 8 of the Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), Nobarin functions as an intermediary service provider. It has no general obligation to monitor hosted third-party streams. Nobarin is completely exempt from civil, regulatory, and criminal liability provided it acts to disable access to specific links upon receiving valid notice.
United Kingdom (UK): Pursuant to the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 (Regulations 17 to 19) and the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA), Nobarin acts as a passive information index. It does not perform any communication to the public of infringing materials, maintaining full safe harbor immunity from legal claims and fines.
Japan: Under Article 3 of the Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers (Provider Liability Limitation Act, Act Number 137 of 2001), Nobarin is completely exempt from civil liability for damages. This is because it lacks actual knowledge of any copyright violations on external servers and provides a functional notice and takedown channel.
South Korea: In accordance with Article 102 and Article 103 of the South Korean Copyright Act (Act Number 14083), Nobarin qualifies as an Online Service Provider (OSP) offering search and connection facilities. Nobarin is completely shielded from copyright damages, fines, and criminal penalties by providing link removal capabilities.
China: Under Articles 1194 to 1197 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Communicate Works to the Public over Information Networks, Nobarin serves as a search and link provider. It qualifies for full legal exemption since it does not modify the indexed source streams and disables references upon receiving valid notice.
To request that Nobarin disable specific search results or links indexing your copyrighted material, copyright owners must submit a formal, written notice in English. The request must include:
Please note: Link removal requests can be submitted via email. Compliance with these requests is limited strictly to de-indexing references from our interface and does not constitute an admission of wrongdoing or liability.
