Legal Compliance, Content Disclaimer, and Technical FAQs
Nobarin operates strictly as an automated indexing database and search engine for online media. We search public websites and external index directories to display media links, organizing them into a unified catalog for ease of navigation. We do not maintain any media servers or transmit streaming feeds.
No. Nobarin does not host, upload, store, copy, stream, or broadcast any audio, video, or media files on our physical or cloud servers. The media players displayed on the site are embedded frameworks referencing content hosted entirely on external, independent third-party servers.
Yes. Nobarin functions as a content directory cataloging hyperlinks that are already public on the internet. Organizing and presenting public web addresses is legally protected. Because Nobarin does not host files or engage in unauthorized distribution, accessing public links does not violate copyright laws. Users bear full and absolute personal responsibility for their interactions with external sources.
All advertisements, pop-ups, and redirection links encountered during video playback are served directly by the external video hosting servers (such as Moviebox).
Copyright owners or authorized representatives can request the removal of specific indexed hyperlinks by submitting a formal notice. Please refer to our Takedown Guide for guidelines and contact information. Since we do not host any media files, removing a link from Nobarin only deletes the index listing on our directory, it does not delete the video from the source host. Valid removal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
